The Maharaj Charan Singh Charitable Hospital is a 25-bed hospital built on nineteen acres of land at Sikanderpur, District Sirsa (Haryana), approximately 9 kilometers east of Sirsa on the Delhi–Hissar–Sirsa Road. Outpatient services started in 1993, followed a year later with inpatient facilities.

Services are provided to people living in the 92 surrounding villages of Sirsa, Fatehabad and Mansa districts in the border areas of Haryana and Punjab, with an estimated population of 280,000. First aid services are provided to all without any geographic stipulation.

There is dedicated team of 7 doctors of various specialties along with nursing and paramedical staff. Medical services are supervised by the Chief Medical Officer. Supporting the medical units is a committed team of over 100 administrative and support personnel. Over 118,000 outpatients and 1,460 inpatients are served annually.
